Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery dates are only estimates and we will notify you when your package has been shipped. 

Butterfly Haven Crafts is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the delivery service. If your order is delayed for any other reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.

Orders are only Shipped on Business Days: Monday-Friday.
